Getting to Turin

Flight towards Turin and Milan

As two of the main European cities, both Turin and Milan are widely covered by plenty of flight from several different companies. Check the direct flights from all over Europe (and beyond) to northern Italy by clicking the links here below, and find the best option for you!

Flights to Turin Airport (TRN)
Flights to Milano Malpensa (MXP)
Flights to Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY)

I'm in Turin... how to get to Castle of Valentino?

To get specific directions from where you are at the moment, click here, otherwise look below for more general directions.

From Turin Airport (TRN):

1) From the airport there is a dedicated shuttle departing every 30 minutes from right outside the terminal. The service is operated by ARRIVA: the ticket costs 7€ (one way), it can be bought directly on-board but also at the terminal arrivals and the timetables can be found HERE. Find more information about the airport shuttle HERE.

2) Drop off at Corso Bolzano bus station (adjacent to Porta Susa train station) and jump on the subway going towards "Bengasi" station (not "Fermi"). The ticket for all the busses and the subway can be bought from the automatic vending machines in front of the subway gates. A single ticket (lasting 100 minutes) costs 1.70€, but special tickets lasting 48 and 72 hours are available at a cost of 7.50€ and 10€ respectively. Find more information about tickets HERE.

3) Once on the subway, drop off at "Marconi" station. From there, take a 5 minutes’ walk on Corso Guglielmo Marconi, a nice tree-lined avenue which will take you to the Castel of Valentino, where the CF2022 staff will be waiting for you!

From Milano Malpensa Airport (MPX):

1) The best option is to take the bus going to Torino Porta Nuova train station, ooperated by ARRIVA: the ticket costs 22€ (one way) and must be bought online from the ARRIVA e-store. (!!NOTE: the drop-off station that you have to choose is "TORINO PORTA NUOVA FS"!!)

2) From there jump on the subway going towards "Bengasi" station (NOT "Fermi"). The ticket for all the busses and the subway can be bought from the automatic vending machines in front of the subway gates. A single ticket (lasting 100 minutes) costs 1.70€, but special tickets lasting 48 and 72 hours are available at a cost of 7.50€ and 10€ respectively.
