Call for Posters
Following the regular paper submissions, the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Computing Frontiers Conference is pleased to announce a dedicated Poster Session. We are extending the submission period to encourage the submission of poster papers showcasing the latest research findings, works-in-progress, and emerging ideas across all areas of computing. This opportunity is particularly aimed at students and early-career researchers, who are strongly encouraged to submit and present their work in person.
Accepted poster papers will be included in the conference proceedings, with authors retaining full copyright.
For more information and updates, including the full list of topics of interest, please visit: Topics.
Submissions
Authors must submit a poster, one-slide, and a two-page poster-paper.
Poster preparation:
The poster should be prepared in A0 format in portrait orientation (height: 1189 mm, width: 841 mm). There is no template, so feel free to use your own, but you may want to include the conference logo (see header). Make sure the text is clearly readable and graphs and figures are complete with all the necessary labels.
One-slide:
Short presentation/advertisement of your poster for lightning talks.
Poster-paper:
Two pages paper (including references) structured similar to a technical paper, following the ACM conference format. It should describe the content and the research ideas in the poster. Poster submissions will be reviewed by the Poster Program Committee as single-blind submissions.
All poster submissions will be reviewed by the Poster Program Committee as single-blind submissions.
Submission Portal:
Posters must be submitted via https://cf25posters.hotcrp.com/.
At the Conference
Besides the standard display of posters, the session will commence with
lightning talks, a.k.a. elevator pitch, where authors will introduce their work to the attendees. All accepted
one-slides will be merged before the conference by the poster chairs. There will be a
Best Poster Award based on voting by the Poster Program Committee.
